International Baseball Federation The International Baseball Federation (IBAF) is the worldwide governing body for the sport of baseball. It sanctions play between teams sponsored by the national baseball federations of member countries through competition tournaments including the Baseball World Cup, the World Baseball Classic (in conjunction with Major League Baseball), the Intercontinental Cup, and the Olympic baseball tournament (in conjunction with the International Olympic Committee). Its headquarters are in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Little League Little League Baseball and Softball based in Pennsylvania, USA organizes local youth baseball and softball leagues throughout the U.S. and the rest of the world. Little League Baseball encourages local volunteers to organize and operate Little League programs that are annual chartered through Little League International. League can structure itself to best serve the children in the area in which the league operates.
